Nick Tritton

NICK TRITTON

Nick is a former 2 x Olympian and the owner/head coach of Tritton performance. After more then a decade on the National Team, and with 13 Grand-slam/world cup medals, 5 World Team births and 2 successful Olympic bids, Nick chose to retire and start focusing on his family and his career. What made Nick successful on the world stage was his passion and commitment to his craft, and he has taken the same all-in approach with his Gym. Whatever your goals are Nick will sit down with you and come up with a great training program that suits your needs. Nick Specializes in strength and conditioning, weight loss and Nutrition.

Samir Tighzert

SAMIR TIGHZERT

Samir was born France and grew up practicing a variety of martial arts including kickboxing and Nihon Tai-Jitsu, which is a combination of Judo, Karate and aikido. In 2010 Samir moved to Canada and decided to switch to Muay Thai, as he was fascinated by how resilient Muay Thai practitioners seemed to be. Samir started his journey at Tritton Performance as an athlete in 2016 and has 6 fights under his belt. He has been teaching Muay Thai since 2018, trained in Muay Thai camps in Thailand and offers a great deal of passion with all students that attend our classes. His specializes in both group classes and Private lessons.

Kyle Whyte

KYLE WHYTE DOTIN

Kyle is one of our most versatile trainers at Tritton Performance, he has over 10 years of weight lifting experience also a background in Mixed Martial Arts. With personal trainer certifications from NASM & the YMCA, Kyle is known for his creative training style, and fun bootcamps that incorporate athletic movements, he also provides lessons in boxing/kickboxing! Wether your goal is muscle building, weight loss, strength training or just an overall fun and challenging workout he is the trainer for you. Stephanie Tremblay

STEPHANIE TREMBLAY

Stephanie spent a decade of her life representing Canada’s National Judo Team on the would tour and during her athletic career she competed at 5 world championships, stepped on the podium twice at the Pan American games and is a multiple world cup medalist.

Stephanie completed her Bachelor’s and Masters degree in health and Kinesiology and applied physiology. She is currently a certified Athletic Therapist and pursuing a doctorial degree at Concordia University. Stephanie specializes in private training in both rehabilitation and strength and conditioning.

Toni Ronci

TONY RONCI

Tony is an NCCP Level 3 (Comp Dev) certified coach and has has been coaching the Tritton Performance Wrestling Club (TPWC)since 2016. The program has produced over 20 National Medalists and over 100 Provincial Medalists. Tony has lead the TPWC to 3 straight Overall Provincial Team Championship titles in 2022, 2023, and 2024. Tony has been involved in the sport of wrestling for over 30 years! Tony’s passion for the sport has seen him volunteer his time within numerous programs across the city.

Jeremy Maloney

JEREMY MALONEY

Jeremy is one of our head coaches here at Tritton Performance and specializes in private training and group classes. Whether it is your first class, or you are an experienced practitioner, Jeremy will work at your skill level to make sure you are continuously improving. If you are interesting in competing under our banner, there will be a mandatory introduction phase and you will be expected to attend all classes that are on the ELITE team schedule. RENAN PUGLIA

Renan is one of our judo coaches. Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, he has a life time experience in the sport of Judo. He is a black belt since 2011 and also possesses lots of experience in other sports such as BJJ, Wrestling and MMA, competing and medaling at a high performance level.
Renan is able to teach all ages and experience levels. He is a great coach for both high performance athletes, and also for people simply looking to improve their quality of life with sport!

NIKKI RICE

My name is Nikki Rice and I’m a strength and conditioning coach at Tritton Performance.

I found a love for fitness at a young age competing in long distance running, high jump, long jump and relay races. I’ve completed an Ironman 70.3 in Tremblant, 6x Spartan races and charity events such as The Scotia Bank half marathon in Montreal and Terry Fox runs.

ALEX

Hi there, I have been training Muay Thai in various gyms in Montreal for over 10 years and I’m still as passionate about the sport as the first time I put on the gloves.

I found Tritton Performance in 2020 and have bee grateful to consider this gym my second home since.

I like every training session to be a learning experience and rewarding challenge regardless of people’s skill level or goals. Muay Thai makes me feel better both physically and mentally and my hope is that I can make the people I train with feel the same.

CONNOR

My name is Connor, I come from a family of boxers and I’ve always been interested in the sport. Training over the years has done wonders for my mental and physical health. My last fight was in 2018, which I won in the heavy weight division. I’ve trained in many disciplines which include boxing, jujitsu, kickboxing and wrestling. My passion is to give people the space to learn the craft in a safe space that is both enjoyable and effective.

EUGENE BELLINE

I am passionate about the potential of the human body and mind. I practice Martial Arts, Surfing, Trail running and Parkour. Through training hard and overcoming injuries myself, I am able to understand my client’s recovery process and needs in a unique manner.

I specialize in Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, Myofascial Release, Mobility and Movement Control. I blend approaches for optimal results and always have the right tools to help you with your unique goals.

I studied Kinesiology at McGill, obtained my Masters Degree in Physical Therapy at Université de Montréal, and am continuously expanding and sharpening my skillset to better help my clients.

BILAL BAZZI

Bilal is a young martial artist who’s been training in boxing for a solid 10 years now. He is all about supporting our Muay Thai team and helping them improve on their boxing skills without compromising their Muay Thai technique’s. His class is all about footwork, bag drills and a ton of technical training to hone each of their individual abilities to strike. He gives one class a week and he likes to make them difficult but fun altogether. He also has one sparring class at the end of each month where all levels can enjoy due to it being a controlled technical sparring session.

SHAQ WILSON

Shaq began his martial arts career as a grappler, competing in freestyle wrestling and combat Sambo, then transitioned to Muay Thai shortly after beginning training at Tritton Performance, with over a decade of experience in martial arts.

As a Muay Thai coach with a keen eye for details, he is also an active competitor in the K-1/Muay Thai scene in Quebec. Since joining Tritton Performance, Shaq has lost 70 lbs (31 kg) and continues to improve his physique with training and proper nutrition.

ANTHONY SEVDAGIAN

With over 15 years of experience in both fitness training and martial arts, I am deeply committed to helping individuals unlock their full potential. My journey began with a profound love for Jiu-Jitsu, which taught me discipline, and resilience. Now, as a personal trainer, I integrate my expertise and passion for strength training, specializing in powerlifting and bodybuilding. Empowering women is at the core of my mission. I understand the unique challenges they face in the fitness world, and I am dedicated to providing a supportive environment where they can thrive. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or new to fitness, I will be your biggest advocate and ally on your journey to self-improvement.
